Made from a blend of rums from Jamaica coming from two distilleries (Clarendon & Worthy Park), this blend highlights Pot still rums so representative of the Jamaican style.
Their aromas are more “funky” and sometimes closer to rhum agricole.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: mix of fresh banana, elderflowers, chamomile, dried apricot and mirabelle plum
Taste: fruit eaux de vies, with apricot and raisin notes
Finish: very fresh and elegant, well-balanced dryness, with toasted bread flavours and honey
