TASTING NOTES

Nose: in the purest tradition of Jamaican rums, packed with character and expressive aromas. The nail polish and glue quickly make room for an explosion of exotic fruit flavours with hints of a green apple’s acidity, flambee bananas’ roundness and nutmeg and clove’s spiciness
Mouth: again we find a fierceness and punch, it is a funky rum, dry and balanced at first then round with notes of quince jam, rose and acacia honey
Finish: very long and interesting. Carried by esters loaded with aromas of exotic fruits, mango, litchi and buttered pastries
