The Barbancourt family, originally from Bordeaux, started distilling in 1862 in Charentais Stills.
The current distillery was built in 1949 and in 1990 the stills were replaced by a continuous distillation system. Fermentations of 72h are made from local cane juices.
This 59.4% alcohol content version transports you in a fabulous travel on the terroir of Haiti, thanks to its impressive mouth.
