TASTING NOTES
Nose: typical of a Caroni. Very ripe fruit, a smoky herbal side, liquorice together with cinnamon sweet curry
Mouth: very animal, leather, smoke, burnt molasses but also candied fruit with sultanas
Finish: no surprise, between tertiary aromas and preserved fruits
