Distillery: secret origin


The distillery uses new American oak casks for their aging process. White American oak has a higher concentration of vanilla which is going to bring extra vanilla flavours to these rums.
This rum was distilled in February 2004.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: round and strong with delicious and vanilla aromas
Taste: suave and soft with caramel and vanilla and an evolution to green tobacco and cigars flavors
Finish: dry, with well-balanced woody notes
