A single cask from the really well-known Bellevue distillery in Guadeloupe. Distilled in March 1998, the rum was aged for 16 years in oak barrels where Whiskey was previously stored.
The rum overwhelms in the nose with its complex aromas. In addition to a concise oak note, the mint makes the flavor of this bottling something very special.
The Guadeloupe-filling of the Bellevue distillery is a highly complex, dry and yet a seductively easily enjoyable rum.
