Licorera Cihuatán is a division of one of El Salvador’s biggest sugar mills and proud owners of the country’s only distillery.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: first you have fruity aromas of pear and banana with strong notes of sweet almond which gradually fades to give way to more woody and peppery notes
Mouth: straight and clear, the attack is reminiscent of the nose with pepper and sweet spices blended with flavours of clove and chestnut
Finish: toffee, dark chocolate 80%, like a tiramisu, carried by its roasted aromas
