This third batch of Dominidad 15 years is another blend of 3 different barrels. (One from Dominican Republic and two from Trinidad and Tobago). The association between the two origins produces a good balance, oily and heavy on the one hand, cool and light on the other hand.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: aromas of citrus fruits, some notes of apricot, and a salt and smoked touch can be find
Taste: the mouth is fresh on fruity aromas
Finish: the long final shows smoked notes which contrasts with the fruit
