This single cask comes from a blend of rums from Guyana, Barbados, Trinidad and Jamaica. It has a roundness and character to it, with a spicy and fleshy finish of cinnamon, rancio and caramel which will not leave you indifferent.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: mellow and round, soft like velvet. Cane sugar, molasses and gingerbread notes evoking the comforting image of a chimney fire
Mouth: roundness and character, clove giving way to fresh cane juice and stronger aromas
Finish: spicy and fleshy with cinnamon, rancio and caramel notes and this burnt wood almost reduced to charcoal which will not leave you indifferent
