This single cask comes from a blend of rums from Guyana, Barbados and Trinidad which has been matured for 12 months in Pernand-Vergelesses wine casks, a famous Burgundy’s white wine.

This special maturation provides the rum with an extra greed and a wonderful richness.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: the nose is flattering on white fruits, pear and plum
Taste: the mouth is creamy on buttered milky with some cereal notes
Finish: the finish is long straight and precise
