At the beginning of colonization, drinks containing fermented cane juices existed and they were distilled thereafter in the state of Minas Gerais.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: fine and elegant nose, well integrated, dry and mineral
Taste: aromas of white peach and a vanilla note which gives a little softness
Finish: elegant and fresh aftertaste (menthol)
