The Boulet de Canon is a Scotch finished rum based on a blend of different rums from the Caribbean. Once married, they received subsequent ripening over 7 months in single malt whisky casks from the Isle of Skye, the Talisker distillery. An exciting character, which is accompanied by dry smoke, delivering a large dose of “wow”.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: vanilla and smoke. Then caramel, shortbread and fruits such as orange and banana
Taste: dry taste with smoky notes, grilled almonds and humid wood
Finish: exceptional dry finish with smokier notes
