The Boulet de Canon No 2 of Compagnie des Indes is a limited edition. This rum is a blend of different rums from the Caribbean (Guyana, Barbados and Trinidad-and-Tobago. It matured for 7 months in a cask of Whisky from the famous distillerie Caol Ila located on the island Islay. The impressive alcoholic content (75%) was reduced to 46%, this second edition will no doubt be as popular as the first one.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: caramel, vanilla, smoked notes, banana and citrus
Taste: dry and elegant, toasted and smoked notes, aromas of roasted almonds
Finish: persistent finish on nuts
