Foursquare Distillery is located in the south-east of the island and was built in 1996 by the Seale family, to produce very qualitative rums without any additives. Foursquare rums are really special, because it’s the result of pot still and column still rums aged in ex-bourbon barrels.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: candied orange peel, citrus and undergrowth aromas
Taste: rich and oily with citrus, roasted almond and coffee flavours
Finish: very long with concentrated flavours. Remarquable balance given its 62.1 %.!!
