TASTING NOTES
Nose: elegant yet powerful, some vegetal notes, with some sweetness and dry plums definitely some phenolic character
Mouth: dry and spicy, with a round middle mouth, burnt flavor comes to sublime roasted pineapple and some cashew nuts
Finish: as expected for a cask strength, the finish is very long and surprisingly refreshing with some roasted fruits flavours. A real Caroni cask but which has kept his elegance
