The Belizian rum industry is dominated by Travellers Liquor, a distillery based in Belize City. The Belize produces a sugar cane of excellent quality which represents 50 % of the exports of the country.

TASTING NOTES
Nose: the nose offers a mixture between the wood, the coconut and the vanilla and peppered notes
Taste: in mouth, the attack is frank on empyreumatiques notes, as nuts
Finish: the finale is long and pleasant, on the hazelnut and the gingerbread
