This rum is produced in the South American state Guyana, which is known for its Demerara Rum. Manufactured by the Diamond Destillers, the rum is distilled in the so-called Port Mourant still that stands for the distinctive “Demerara” taste.

Nose: really intense nose with plums and grapes notes
Taste: fruity with notes of dried bananas and passion fruit. Hints of marmalade.
Finish: very intense and complex, ginger-rich finish
