The origins of the Dillon distillery dates back to a sugar plantation in 1690 but it’s in 1779 that Arthur Dillon landed for the first time in Martinique. Dillon distilled in a copper column from its own estate cane juice.
It was aged over 9 years in Europe after distillation in March 2002. The bottling offers an incredible travel experience to Martinique Island.
