Distillery: Worthy Park
Worthy Park, located in the center of the island, has very old origins dating back to 1710. It has been owned by the Clarke family since 1918, who over the years, have greatly expanded the adjoining candy. Worthy Park practices two types of fermentations, in oak barrels. The distillation is made thanks to only one pot dual retort copper still, to obtain a distillate at 85°.
This rum was distilled in December 2007, aged in second hand bourbon casks in Jamaica until 2011, and then imported into Europe.
