Foursquare Distillery is located in the south-east of the island and was built in 1996 by the Seale family, to produce very qualitative rums without additional flavors. Foursquare’s rums are really special, because they are the result of pot still and column still rums aged in ex-bourbon barrels.
This rum, distilled in June 2003, was aged in the Tropics until 2004, and then imported into Europe.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: intense on orange peels and hints of spices
Taste: round and creamy
Finish: pastry notes and elegant oak notes
