Blend of molasses and cane juice rums, this Brazil 8 YO rum was distilled in multi-column still. 80% continental aging. Sugar =0G/L; ex Bourbon cask. It is delicate and rich mouth-watering right from the first sip. Its umami side is very pleasant, with its meat juices and barbecue flavours, together with toasted hazelnut and Sichuan pepper notes.
