This Aussie 11 year old single cask comes from a secret distillery. It is very expressive and exuberant with prominent aromas of spices to begin with, then more subtle notes of ripe fruits and fruit spirits.

Distilled in 2007, it was bottled in 2019.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: expressive & exuberant. Black candied cherries, a touch of maderized wine aromas, marc & cumin
Mouth: prominent aromas of spices to begin with, then more subtle notes of ripe fruits and fruit spirits
Finish: animal bordering earthy, with whiffs of gentian spirit which gives it a nice sturdy character
