This single cask comes from a blend of Central American rums with a very strong Latin dominance (60% rum from Guatemala). This rum matured for 12 months in Vosne-Romanée red wine casks to receive its single cask finish and was thereafter bottled as a limited edition.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: the nose is on exotic fruits like pineapple and mango. We can also find almond notes after some oxidation
Taste: the palate is smooth and rich on notes of red fruits
Finish: the finish in a red wine barrel has brought a great complexity to this rum while still being very accessible
