Foursquare Distillery is located in the south-east of the island and was built in 1996 by the Seale family, to produce very qualitative rums without any additives. Foursquare rums are really special, because it’s the result of pot still and column still rums aged in ex-bourbon barrels.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: elegant hints of elderflower, candied orange peel and bee wax
Mouth: powerful notes of Citrus. This foursquare is a real treat
Finish: long with notes of vanilla, nougat and almond
