The distillery uses new American oak casks for their ageing process. White American oak has a higher concentration of vanilla which is going to bring extra vanilla flavours to these rums.

Nose: dried apricot, cinnamon and toffee apples
Taste: very balanced and natural sweet taste with aromas of dried fruits and nuts
Finish: long finish, buttery and spiced
