We are pleased to introduce New Yarmouth Distillery for the first time; a distillery whose particularity is to produce one of the most powerful over proof and aromatic rum.

Its high proof side (55°) brings to it richness and an amazing aromatic structure.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: notes of black olives, roasted pineapple or exotic fruits.
Mouth: in the mouth, there is a flavours explosion. We find pineapple, buttered and pastry taste
Finish: an endless finish, on the roasted nuts (cashew nuts, peanuts) and candied orange
