Our first small batch is resulting from a blend of three different casks, a cask from Dominican Republic 15 years and two casks from Trinidad and Tobago.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: the nose is fresh with spices notes and cereals
Taste: the mouth is round, fruity with a pretty wooded presence
Finish: the aftertaste is all in freshness, with herbaceous notes and spices at the end of the mouth
